Living in harmony with the earth
Mindful Living Naturally was born from a simple belief: that small, intentional choices can create a healthier life for you and a healthier planet for all of us.
My Background ~ My Mission
Valerie Letourneau, LICSW is a retired psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University. With over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life's challenges, today she combines her professional background with her passion for health, mindfulness, and eco-friendly living through "Mindful Living Naturally."
Now a days I volunteer along with my Goldendoodle, Noodles, as a therapy dog team with Therapy Dogs United, a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity. We visit local schools and hospitals bringing joy and inspiration to the community.
The mission: To make eco-friendly living approachable, joyful, and deeply rewarding. Through education, community, and curated guidance, I help everyday people reduce their environmental footprint — without sacrificing comfort or convenience.
Live lightly
Every purchase, habit, and choice is an opportunity to tread more gently on the earth. We champion simplicity and intentionality.
Reduce & reuse
Before buying new, we ask: can we reduce, repair, or repurpose? Circular thinking is at the heart of everything we do.
Sustainable energy
From renewable energy tips to low-impact home practices, we guide you toward a life powered by the planet's natural rhythms.
Community first
Sustainable living is more powerful together. We build spaces where people share ideas, inspire each other, and grow as a community.
Why I Created Mindful Living Naturally
It started with a compost bin and a reusable bag. I was frustrated by how overwhelming "going green" felt, decided there had to be a better way — one rooted in mindfulness rather than guilt.
Mindful Living Naturally grew from that frustration into a thriving community of people who believe sustainability isn't a sacrifice. It's a lifestyle, and that lifestyle begins with self-care. Feeling good, makes us want to do good, and connects us to something bigger than ourselves.
Today, I want to share practical tips, honest product guidance, and a warm community for self-care for anyone ready to take their first — or next — step toward a more positive, healthy, and sustainable life.
